Privacy Policy

How I handle your personal data on gabycorral.com, according to the GDPR (DSGVO). Last updated: 30 October 2026

2. Data I collect

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser, date and time (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Contact form and email

If you contact me, I process your name, email, company (optional) and message to answer your request and, if relevant, prepare a collaboration (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). I delete the data once your request is completed, unless legal retention periods apply.

4. Booking a call

You can book a video call through Google Calendar appointment schedules, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you book, Google processes the details you enter (such as name, email and the time you choose) so the appointment can be created and confirmed (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

More information: Google Privacy Policy.

5. Hosting and service providers

This website is built and hosted with Lovable (lovable.dev). Messages sent through the contact and talk invitation forms are stored with Lovable Cloud and forwarded to me by email. These providers process data on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

The display font Clash Display is provided by Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry). When a page loads, your browser connects to Fontshare’s servers, which can see your IP address (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, consistent display of the website).

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It only uses technically necessary storage in your browser, for example to show your name on the confirmation page after you send a message. No cookie banner is needed for this.

7. Embedded content and social links

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube are simple links. Data is only transferred to these platforms when you click them.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Changes

I may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
